Our History
MFAR Constructions was established in 1996. Headquartered in Bengaluru, MFAR has built a pan-India presence over the last two decades.

Choera Monastery and Drepung Loseling Monastery
MFAR is honoured to be a part of the construction and completion of two monasteries – Drepung Loseling Monastery (20734 sqm) and Choera Monastery (7853 sqm). The graceful prayer halls were conceptualized and designed using unique Tibetan Architecture. MFAR was awarded the Certification of Appreciation his Holiness the XIVth Dalai Lama in 2005 for the high standard of construction of the Drepung Loselling Monastery.
IBC Knowledge Park, Bengaluru
IBC Knowledge Park is one of the largest MFAR projects in the IT sector with a built-up area of 28 lakh sq ft (including Phase 1 & 2). MFAR known for its new building processes – introduces the Waffle Slab technology for all the floors of this mammoth construction. Attested by the fact that over 1,00,000 cubic metres of concrete were poured in less than 15 months. For its outstanding work at IBC, MFAR was awarded the ACCE’s ‘Billimoria Award’ for excellence in construction of high-rise buildings in 2007.
Solitaire – Mangaluru, Karnataka
Solitaire is a breathtaking example of modern architecture in contemporary urban India. Standing at a height of 117 metres, it is the second tallest building in Mangaluru, and was designed with 2 basements, 4 parking levels, 26 floors and a rooftop helipad.
Le Meridien – Kochi, Kerala
Le Meridien, a member of the Marriott-Starwood Hotels alliance, is recognized globally as one of India’s finest and the first elegant 5-Star hotel in Kerala. The hotel offers 223 Guest Rooms and 72 state of the art suites, all designed and constructed incorporating indigenous architectural traits. MFAR completed the project within the stipulated time, despite challenges like the absence of current technology and equipment for assistance.
MFAR Manyata Tech and Business Park, Hebbal, Bengaluru
A multi-purpose business park and retail centre of 1.4 Million square feet, this complex is home several MNCs. It was awarded the 7 Star CRISIL rating and the Bets Commercial Building in Bengaluru by CREDAI.
GAIL Jubilee Tower (Gas Authority of India Limited), Noida
GAIL Jubilee Towers is MFAR Constructions’ largest Government project till date. The building is one of the tallest green office buildings in the country, standing at a height of 387 ft. It is a Platinum LEED rating construction with optimized energy construction, natural lighting, water conservation etc. A high point of the project was that it was executed and successfully completed without interrupting any of GAIL’s ongoing processes.
